General Policies

Our farm brewery is open to the public 7-days a week. While visiting us we ask that you observe the following:

  • NO LOITERING-THE PLAYSET IS FOR CHILDREN OF PARENTS WHO ARE CUSTOMERS OF THE BREWERY.  THE PLAYSET CLOSES AS DUSK OR 6PM(WHICHEVER COMES FIRST)
  • Although we are FAMILY friendly and love seeing parents and children enjoying our Biergarten, we are not a Chucky Cheese.  Children are not permitted to be left unattended.  If we find your child away from you, your family may be asked to leave. Families with children found damaging property or disturbing other patrons will also be asked to leave. The Entire property is 21 and over Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings from dusk or 6 pm(whichever comes first) to close (10pm).
  • No Sidewalk chalk is permitted
  • No outside beverages are permitted (including soft-drinks / non-alcoholic drinks like soda, water bottles, coffee, juice, etc) We have non-alcoholic options on tap, bottled water for sale, and tap water available. If we see you with an outside beverage, you will be asked to put it in your car. All backpacks and bags are subject to search on demand.
  • No coolers are allowed.
  • Pick up all trash and dispose them in the bins provided. Return your glassware to the bar. The staff will wipe your table down after you leave.
  • Our seating/tables are for beer purchasing adults.  If you use an additional table (that no beer-drinkers are sitting at) for food, gifts, a kids-table, etc., we might ask you to consolidate so that other people can sit down if needed.
  • Smoking is permitted 50′ away from the building. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the brewery building.
  • Folding chairs and picnic blankets are welcome.
  • Well behaved dogs are permitted inside the brewery building and outdoors. All dogs must be on a leash and curbed. Overly aggressive or unruly dogs will be asked to leave the property.
  • Do not light a fire in a fire pit. Please ask a member of our staff to light them for you.
  • Please use common sense when visiting us – we are a working farm so watch out for tractors and other equipment. When on the farm always be mindful of your surroundings and respectful of wildlife.
  • Any open tabs at the end of the night will be charged a 20% Gratuity.
  • Any persons acting in a drunk or disorderly manner will be asked to leave.
  • No one is permitted on the property (brewery or farm) after business hours. Violators will be prosecuted.
  • Readington Brewery LLC assumes not liability for any injuries due to irresponsible behavior.  Any injuries must be reported to the Head Beertender immediately.
  • Readington Brewery & Hop Farm is not liable for stolen or lost items. You are responsible for your belongings.

Parties at the Brewery

Thank you for considering Readington Brewery for your event! If you are looking to reserve some space for a group, please click HERE.

If you are walking in, please honor the general policies above, and understand that there may be limited seating. Try to consolidate your belongings to the table where people are sitting. If your party is outside and you want to bring a folding table to put your food on, that is fine.

Should you want to buy a round of drinks for your walk-in group, please purchase drink tickets at the bar and distribute them. There is a required 20% gratuity on drink tickets and on tabs of 7 or more guests. This goes directly to the Beertenders on staff.

Children’s parties are not permitted. We do not cater to children. Gatherings of families are allowed as long as no children are found away from their grown-up.

The Head Beertender on duty has the final say with any dispute.
